About the Role:
We are seeking a performance-driven Business Development Executive to grow our Digital Marketing, Custom Web Development, Mobile App, and E-Commerce solutions business. This role focuses on IT sales, lead generation, and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth via IT sales and LinkedIn outreach
- Generate and qualify leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calling and email campaigns
- Understand client requirements and prepare proposals, scoping documents and quotations
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, reports and revenue forecasts
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Ensure recurring business through post-sales follow-ups
Requirements / Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Web, Mobile App, Digital Marketing, and E-Commerce development
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Business Development / IT Sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills
- Experience in lead generation and outbound sales
- Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office and Google Workspace
- Target-driven, self-motivated and result-oriented
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
