Job Summary
The Inward, Dispatch & Packaging Executive will be responsible for managing incoming materials, packaging finished goods, and coordinating dispatch activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and elevator components. The role involves inventory control, documentation, quality checks, and coordination with production, stores, and logistics teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming materials, components, and equipment from vendors.
- Verify quantity and quality against Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Challans, and invoices.
- Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the concerned department.
- Ensure proper storage and identification of received materials.
- Prepare dispatch documents including delivery challans, e-way bills, invoices, and transport documents.
- Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners for timely dispatch.
- Verify materials before dispatch as per customer order and dispatch schedule.
- Track dispatched shipments and update concerned departments regarding delivery status.
- Ensure safe loading and unloading of materials.
- Perform packaging of elevator parts, panels, doors, cabins, accessories, and finished goods.
- Ensure packaging standards are followed to prevent transit damage.
- Label packages with item details, dispatch information, and handling instructions.
- Maintain packaging material inventory and coordinate replenishment requirements.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of Inventory, Dispatch, and Packaging Processes.
- Familiarity with ERP software and MS Excel.
- Understanding of GRN, Delivery Challan, E-Way Bill, and Inventory Documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
Qualifications
- Graduate / Diploma in Any Discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Stores, Dispatch, Packaging, or Logistics functions.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, Elevator, or Industrial Equipment industry preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
