The Clinical Incharge is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day clinical operations of the center, ensuring high-quality patient care, maintaining clinical standards, supervising therapists and support staff, managing documentation, and coordinating with management to achieve operational and clinical goals.
Qualification: Any Degree / Hospital Administration
Key Responsibilities
1. Clinical Operations
- Ensure smooth functioning of all clinical services.
- Monitor patient flow and appointment scheduling.
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, policies, and treatment standards.
- Handle patient complaints and service recovery when required.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary patient care.
2. Team Management
- Supervise physiotherapists, therapy assistants, and support staff.
- Prepare duty rosters and manage staff schedules.
- Conduct daily team briefings and case discussions.
- Support staff training, onboarding, and performance improvement.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, and professional conduct.
3. Patient Care & Quality
- Ensure high patient satisfaction and service quality.
- Monitor treatment outcomes and patient feedback.
- Conduct periodic audits of patient records and treatment documentation.
- Ensure informed consent and patient confidentiality are maintained.
4. Documentation & Compliance
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of clinical records.
- Maintain treatment notes, assessment forms, and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
- Coordinate with insurance providers for clinical documentation requirements.
5. Inventory & Equipment Management
- Monitor usage of clinical consumables.
- Ensure minimum stock levels are maintained.
- Raise purchase requests for clinical supplies.
- Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of equipment.
- Report equipment breakdowns and coordinate repairs.
6. Revenue & Business Support
- Monitor package utilization and treatment completion rates.
- Support patient retention and follow-up activities.
- Assist in achieving monthly revenue targets.
- Promote clinical programs and wellness packages ethically.
7. Reporting
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly clinical reports.
- Monitor therapist productivity and patient statistics.
- Report key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per hour
