Job Description:
Vishak Tech is seeking a qualified and motivated Metallurgical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of foundry operations, metal casting processes, and quality control to ensure the production of high-quality cast components.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and control casting and foundry processes.
* Analyze and verify metal composition as per specifications.
* Conduct flow checks and process evaluations to ensure casting quality.
* Supervise fettling operations and ensure proper finishing of cast components.
* Monitor and coordinate heat treatment processes.
* Investigate casting defects and recommend corrective actions.
* Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
* Prepare technical reports and maintain production and quality records.
* Coordinate with production and quality teams for process improvements.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Metallurgical Engineering or a related field.
* Knowledge of casting, foundry operations, metallurgy, and heat treatment processes.
* Understanding of metal composition analysis and quality control procedures.
* Ability to identify and resolve manufacturing and casting-related issues.
* Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Experience in foundry, casting, or metallurgical industries is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
