Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Design Engineer who can independently manage and lead the complete Design Department. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SPM design, Jigs & Fixtures development, and product engineering using Creo.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently handle end-to-end design activities and department operations.
- Design and develop Special Purpose Machines (SPM) as per customer requirements.
- Create innovative and cost-effective Jigs & Fixtures for manufacturing processes.
- Develop 3D models, assemblies, and detailed manufacturing drawings using Creo.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and project teams for successful execution.
- Review designs for manufacturability, quality, and cost optimization.
- Support installation, troubleshooting, and design modifications when required.
Requirements
- 7–8 years of experience in SPM and Jigs & Fixtures design.
- Strong proficiency in Creo.
- Ability to independently manage design projects and mentor junior engineers.
- Good knowledge of manufacturing processes, GD&T, and engineering standards.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per year
