Looking for a Compliance Expert Who Sees Beyond the Checklist!
About the Role: Ensuring that the business’s compliance with contractor onboarding requirements is recorded and audited to a high level of detail and accuracy
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Undertake internal audits of business activities against defined criteria – principally, but not limited to, auditing compliance with Contractor Onboarding requirements (contract paperwork, legal, contractual, and professional services).
- Work to resolve non-compliant placements by liaising with the other members of the Compliance Assurance Team, Regional Assignment Support Team, and Regional Legal Team.
- Collate and report on suggestions for improvements to processes, documents, and approaches that will prevent non-compliant placements.
- Maintain accurate and up to date databases relating to Compliance Assurance, including, but not limited to, SharePoint Contract Items and Onboarding Checklists.
- Undertake other duties commensurate with the position to ensure the smooth operation of NES Fircroft’s high Compliance Assurance standards.
What We’re Looking For:
Essential Criteria
- Working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, with a strong, clear, and confident telephone/videocall manner.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Experience in quickly learning new processes, and strong ability to follow them consistently.
- Proven ability to accurately and consistently document and file written and verbal information.
- The ability to work well independently while understanding when to refer to other team members, many of whom are based Globally.
Desirable Criteria
- Conversant with database systems (e.g., SharePoint, Smartsheet or similar).
- Conversant with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and onboarding systems (e.g., Bullhorn or Bullhorn Back Office, OTE etc).
- Conversant with Smartsheet.
- Previous compliance and contract management or contract administration experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or similar experience
