Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage overall HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and workforce planning across all divisions of the company.
- Handle end-to-end hiring processes for operational staff, supervisors, and office employees to ensure timely manpower availability.
- Oversee HR administration including attendance, leave management, employee records, and payroll coordination.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, PF, ESI, gratuity, bonus, and other statutory requirements.
- Address employee grievances, maintain workplace discipline, and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Develop and implement HR policies, performance management systems, and training programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Coordinate with operations and management teams to support business growth, productivity, and workforce efficiency.
- Prepare HR reports, maintain documentation, and support audits and compliance reviews.
- Lead and guide the HR team while promoting a positive and professional work culture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
