About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Plumbing & Fire Draftsman to join our team in Baner, Pune. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate plumbing, firefighting, and MEP drawings for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed plumbing and firefighting drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Develop 2D layouts, plans, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Prepare domestic water supply, drainage, and sanitary layouts.
- Prepare firefighting layouts, including sprinkler and hydrant systems.
- Coordinate plumbing and fire services with architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Identify and resolve drawing clashes and coordination issues.
- Update drawings based on project requirements and design changes.
- Prepare shop drawings and construction documentation.
- Maintain drawing standards, accuracy, and revision records.
- Coordinate with engineers and BIM teams to ensure project deliverables are completed on time.
Required Skills
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in Plumbing & Fire Drafting.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of Revit MEP/BIM will be an advantage.
- Understanding of plumbing and firefighting systems.
- Ability to read and interpret MEP, architectural, and structural drawings.
- Good knowledge of drafting standards and construction documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
