Summary:
As a Security Delivery Lead, your day revolves around steering the successful implementation and delivery of Security Services projects. You coordinate efforts across global teams, utilizing established methods, tools, training, and assets to ensure seamless project execution. Your role involves overseeing project progress, aligning resources, and maintaining communication channels to meet delivery goals effectively. You act as a central point of contact, facilitating collaboration and driving initiatives that uphold the quality and timeliness of security solutions within a dynamic and evolving environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead project planning and execution to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to maintain transparency and address challenges promptly.
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ForgeRock Access Management.
- Strong knowledge of identity and access management concepts and best practices.
- Experience in managing security service delivery within complex project environments.
- Ability to design and implement scalable security solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on collaborative resolution.
- Capability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in ForgeRock Access Management.
- This position is based at our PDC2C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
