We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Analyst QA professional with strong knowledge of software testing fundamentals and exposure to the Mutual Fund domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting quality assurance activities through effective test case preparation, execution, defect tracking, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Understand business and functional requirements for testing activities
- Prepare and execute test cases and test scenarios
- Perform functional, regression, and system testing
- Identify, document, and track software defects
- Coordinate with Development and Business teams for issue resolution
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and testing processes
- Participate in requirement analysis and review discussions
- Support testing activities across different phases of SDLC and STLC
- Perform basic database validation where required
- Strong understanding of Testing Fundamentals
- Knowledge of SDLC and STLC methodologies
- Hands-on experience in Manual Testing
- Ability to write Test Cases and Test Scenarios
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of MS SQL
- Exposure to Database Testing
- Mutual Fund Domain knowledge is mandatory
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding and analytical abilities
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Good presentation and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn

- Basic knowledge of defect lifecycle management
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Science or a related field
- ISTQB Certification preferred
- Certification in Software Testing will be an added advantage
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Software Quality Assurance and Testing
