About the Role
We are looking for an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full lifecycle recruiting for technical and IT roles across the organization. In this role, you will partner with hiring managers to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent while delivering a strong candidate experience from first contact through offer stage.
This is a great opportunity for a recruiter who understands technical hiring, stays organized across multiple openings, and builds strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle recruiting for IT and technical positions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other recruiting channels
- Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens
- Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring teams
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking system records and recruiting activity updates
- Guide candidates through the hiring process and provide a positive, professional experience
- Support offer stage coordination and hiring status updates
- Build talent pipelines for current and future technical hiring needs
- Track recruiting progress and help improve hiring processes over time
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for IT or technical roles
- Strong sourcing and screening skills
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for roles in software engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, or IT support
- Strong partnership skills with hiring managers and interview teams
- Familiarity with recruiting metrics and pipeline reporting
