Location: Peenya, Bangalore

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics)
With a growing global presence, we're looking for enthusiastic young engineers to join our Marketing Team and help us expand into new markets while building lasting customer relationships.
What You'll Do
Generate new business enquiries and identify potential customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.
Coordinate with Design, Planning, Purchase, Production, and Commercial teams to prepare techno-commercial offers.
Present proposals and clarify technical queries with customers.
Negotiate commercial terms and support order finalization.
Track order execution and keep customers informed throughout the project.
Follow up on payments as per agreed terms.
Visit customer sites to understand application requirements and build strong relationships.
Travel approximately 7–10 days per month for customer meetings and business development.
We're Looking For Someone Who
Has a B.E./B.Tech degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Has a strong understanding of engineering fundamentals.
Has working knowledge of CAD software (preferred).
Is eager to learn, adaptable, and customer-focused.
Enjoys interacting with clients and solving technical challenges.
Is willing to travel for business meetings.
Salary
Freshers (Trainee Engineer): ₹2.5 LPA (CTC)
1–2 Years Experience: ₹3.2 – ₹3.5 LPA (CTC)
