Bhaskar Immigration is looking for an experienced and target-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sales skills, be confident in handling immigration leads, and have the ability to convert inquiries into successful clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
- Counsel clients regarding PR, Study Visa, Work Visa, and Tourist Visa services.
- Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable immigration solutions.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM.
- Coordinate with the documentation and processing team for smooth case handling.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in Immigration Sales or Visa Consultancy.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to work under sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Professional attitude with a customer-focused approach.
