Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced Telecaller/Academic Counsellor to manage student enquiries, provide course guidance, and achieve admission targets. The role includes outbound calling, lead follow-ups, counselling students/parents, and converting enquiries into admissions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in telecalling or academic counselling (mandatory)
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Energetic and target-driven
- Age limit: Up to 40 years
- Freshers not eligible
Salary: ₹10,000 per month + performance incentives
