ObjectiveTo act as the face of the project's sales office, providing a warm, professional welcome to visiting clients, delivering basic project information, and ensuring seamless daily administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities1. Client Servicing & Site Visit Management
- Welcome & Greet: Provide a professional, warm, and hospitable welcome to all walk-in clients, brokers, and visitors at the project site.
- Project Briefing: Provide preliminary project information (e.g., configurations, amenities, location advantages) and share brochures or marketing collaterals.
- Lead Registration: Maintain accurate visitor logs and digital lead registers, capturing visitor names, contact details, and requirements.
- Team Coordination: Promptly assign the client to the appropriate Sales Manager or CRM representative. Schedule site visit appointments and manage the sales team’s calendar.
2. Front Desk & Communication
- Call Handling: Professionally handle incoming/outgoing calls and EPABX systems. Answer client inquiries and accurately route messages or redirect them to the correct department.
- Inquiries & Complaints: Address initial client queries and escalate complex grievances to the concerned manager.
- Correspondence: Manage incoming and outgoing courier services, mail, and general project correspondence.
3. Administration & Office Management
- Site Office Upkeep: Ensure the reception area, sales lounge, and mock-up apartments are tidy, presentable, and well-stocked with stationary.
- Inventory Control: Monitor and maintain office supplies, pantry items, and marketing materials; place orders when inventory is low.
- Data Entry: Assist the backend sales and CRM teams with data entry (e.g., updating client databases, managing documents).
Key Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree with excellent academics
- Experience: 1 to 3+ years in front office, hospitality, or real estate administration.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and strong customer-handling capabilities.
- Traits: Professional demeanor, pleasant and welcoming personality, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced sales environment.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
