STUDIO32 Dental Clinics is a growing specialty dental clinic network in Goa, focused on delivering high-quality, ethical and patient-centric dentistry with a strong emphasis on Smile Makeovers, Implants, Invisalign/Aligners, Cosmetic Dentistry and Comprehensive Dental Care.
We are looking for a Clinic Head who can take ownership of the overall functioning and growth of a clinic while maintaining high standards of clinical care and patient experience.
Role Overview
As the Clinic Head, you will be responsible for leading the clinic team, ensuring excellent patient experiences, maintaining clinical and operational standards, and contributing to the growth of the clinic.
This role is ideal for a dentist who wants to move beyond purely clinical practice and develop strong skills in leadership, practice management, patient communication and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership
- Deliver high-quality dental treatment with a strong focus on patient safety and ethical dentistry.
- Ensure adherence to STUDIO32 clinical protocols and quality standards.
- Review treatment plans and coordinate with specialists when required.
- Maintain proper clinical documentation and treatment records.
- Guide and mentor junior dentists and clinical staff.
Clinic Management
- Take complete ownership of the day-to-day functioning of the clinic.
- Ensure smooth coordination between dentists, dental assistants and front-office staff.
- Monitor appointments, patient flow, follow-ups and treatment completion.
- Ensure clinic hygiene, sterilisation, equipment maintenance and overall infrastructure standards.
- Monitor inventory and ensure efficient utilisation of materials and resources.
Patient Experience
- Ensure every patient receives a professional, empathetic and personalised experience.
- Handle patient concerns and resolve issues effectively.
- Improve patient retention, referrals and treatment acceptance.
- Build long-term relationships with patients.
Growth & Business Development
- Improve treatment conversion through effective patient communication and consultation.
- Encourage patient referrals and reviews.
- Identify opportunities to grow high-value treatments such as implants, Invisalign, cosmetic dentistry and smile makeovers.
- Track key clinic performance metrics and take corrective action where required.
Team Leadership
- Lead, motivate and develop the clinic team.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Allocate responsibilities and ensure accountability.
- Create a positive, professional and high-performance work environment.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who is:
- A BDS/MDS qualified dentist with a valid registration.
- Ideally has 2+ years of clinical experience.
- Strong in patient communication and treatment presentation.
- Confident in leading and managing a team.
- Commercially aware and interested in growing a dental practice.
- Highly organised and responsible.
- Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics.
- Passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience.
- Ethical, professional and committed to continuous learning.
