Job Description
Responsibilities : Lead service delivery across Asset & Wealth Management operations, ensuring alignment with client expectations and regulatory standards. Manage team structure and capacity planning, optimizing resource allocation based on business volumes and budgetary guidelines. Drive operational excellence through SLA/KPI monitoring, process improvements, and automation initiatives. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular governance meetings, performance reviews, and strategic discussions. Oversee quality control and compliance across investment processing, portfolio management support, and client reporting activities. Facilitate knowledge transfer during transitions and lead training programs to build domain expertise within the team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions that enhance service delivery and reduce operational risk.
