Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with 1–2 years of experience to support the day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, attendance management, HR administration, and employee engagement. The candidate should possess strong communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Conduct employee onboarding and induction for new hires.
- Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and employee database updates.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate employee confirmation, probation, and exit formalities.
- Prepare HR letters such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and relieving letters.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee engagement activities, training programs, and welfare initiatives.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies and benefits.
- Maintain HR reports, recruitment trackers, and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with external consultants and recruitment agencies when required.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information and company records.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Understanding of HR policies and labor laws.
- Experience in onboarding and employee documentation.
- Knowledge of attendance and leave management.
- Basic understanding of payroll processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience using HRMS or ATS software is an added advantage.
Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
- Experience in recruitment, HR operations, and employee lifecycle management is preferred.
