*Roles & Responsibilities:*
1.Initial Measurements
Conducting precise initial site measurements to prepare for project execution.
Ensuring accuracy to align with project designs and requirements
2. Final Measurements & CEPT Monitoring
Taking final measurements post-execution to validate work accuracy and compliance.
Monitoring CEPT (Customer End Point Tracking) to ensure project alignment.
3. Coordination with Internal & Client Teams
Collaborating with internal departments (design, logistics, etc.) and client teams for:
o Site readiness checks.
o Dispatch schedules.
o Loading and unloading coordination.
4. Material Storage & Security at Site
Ensuring safe and secure storage of materials at the project site.
Monitoring material inventory to prevent theft or damage.
5. Material Movement at Site Level
Managing the transportation and positioning of materials within the site.
Ensuring efficient workflows to minimize delays.
6. Vendor/Sub-vendor Management at Site
Supervising vendor and sub-vendor activities to ensure adherence to project
specifications.
Managing claims, payments, and task allocations efficiently.
7. Stage Execution
Overseeing phased project execution:
o Stage 1: Preparatory and foundational work.
o Stage 2: Full-scale execution and final delivery.
8. Job Closing Form
Completing job closure documentation, ensuring all work is satisfactorily concluded.
Validating with client sign-offs and confirmations.
9. Documentation Submission & Compliance
Ensuring submission of key documents such as:
o Invoices.
o Delivery Challans (DC).
o Quality Control (QC) reports.
o Management Information System (MIS) reports.
Adhering to documentation protocols for audits and reviews.
10. Full Ownership & SOP Implementation
Taking complete responsibility for project completion.
Strictly adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure client satisfaction.
11. Team Support & Interaction
Supporting team members with:
o Sign-off documentation processes.
o Bill of Materials (BOM) management.
o Purchase Requisition (PR) preparation.
12. Reporting
Preparing and submitting detailed reports:
o Weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual, based on project status and
requirements.
13. Travel Readiness
Demonstrating flexibility to travel across India as per project needs.
Adapting to diverse site environments and project demands
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
