Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Works Manager to oversee automobile workshop operations, ensure service quality, improve productivity, and manage workshop teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end workshop operations
- Monitor productivity and service quality
- Lead workshop technicians and supervisors
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain workshop processes and systems
Requirements
- DME/DAE/BE
- 10–15 years of automobile workshop experience
- Experience handling approximately 1,000 vehicles per month
- Strong technical and system knowledge
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
