Job Description: F&B (Food & Beverage) Waiter
An F&B Waiter is responsible for providing excellent customer service by serving food and beverages to guests in restaurants, hotels, cafés, resorts, or other hospitality establishments. The role ensures guests have a pleasant dining experience while maintaining high standards of hygiene and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus and explain food and beverage items.
- Take accurate food and drink orders.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
- Check on guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction.
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests.
- Prepare and present bills; process cash and card payments.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
- Handle guest complaints politely and report issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and cleaning the restaurant.
