CNC OPerator;
Key Responsibilities
- Run Programs: Load and run G-code files on CNC mills, lathes, or routers.
- Read Blueprints: Interpret technical drawings, CAD files, and dimensions.
- Inspect Parts: Check finished work using tools like calipers and micrometers.
- Edit G-code: Make basic tweaks to feeds, speeds, and tool offsets directly at the machine controller.
- Maintain Safety: Keep the work area clean and follow strict shop floor safety rules.
Required Skills
- G-code Knowledge: Read and understand basic G and M codes for machine movements and functions.
- Measurement Tools: Use precision gauges to verify part dimensions.
- Mechanical Aptitude: Troubleshoot minor machine or tooling issues.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
