Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and strategic individual who can manage BTS shoots, create engaging content, build growth strategies, and handle overall social media performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute monthly content strategy
- Shoot and edit BTS videos (Reels, Shorts, YouTube)
- Create engaging Instagram & social media content
- Write SEO-optimized captions and hashtags
- Manage posting calendar and scheduling
- Track analytics and improve engagement
- Coordinate with founder for brand storytelling
- Research trends and implement creative ideas
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads is preferred
- Maintain brand consistency across platforms
Required Skills
- 2–3 years experience in content creation / digital marketing
- Strong understanding of Instagram growth strategy
- Video editing skills (CapCut / Premiere Pro / Canva/VN etc.)
- SEO & hashtag research knowledge
- Creative thinking and execution ability
- Portfolio is mandatory
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
