KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Supervise daily production as per production plan and BMR
* Allocate work to operators and helpers
* Monitor weighing, charging, mixing, heating, cooling & homogenization
* Monitor temperature, mixing time, RPM & batch quantity
* Ensure GMP, SOP, hygiene, PPE & safety compliance
* Coordinate with QA/QC for line clearance and in-process checks
* Maintain BMR, equipment logbooks & production records
* Supervise filling, capping, labeling, coding & packing
* Monitor production output, rejection & wastage
* Report equipment breakdowns, material shortages & process deviations
* Ensure proper housekeeping and shift handover
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
