Job Title : Sales Officer
Salary : Up to ₹35,000 per month
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
Experience
- 6–8 years of experience in a Dairy or Food Processing company.
- Experience in field sales, distributor handling, and market development is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets within the designated territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
- Expand the company's market presence by identifying new business opportunities.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and effective distribution in the assigned market.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide regular market feedback.
- Coordinate with distributors to ensure timely order placement and product delivery.
- Conduct regular market visits to strengthen customer relationships and resolve business issues.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Required Skills
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Good understanding of the dairy or food processing industry.
- Ability to manage distributor networks and drive sales growth.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
