About YATIKA IVF
YATIKA IVF, Patna is looking for a confident, empathetic, well-spoken and result-oriented Counsellor to join our team.
We are looking for someone who can connect with patients, understand their concerns and emotions, provide clear information, build trust and guide them towards the right consultation and treatment journey.
This is not just a traditional counselling role. The ideal candidate should also be comfortable speaking on camera, creating informative videos/reels, interacting with patients professionally and coordinating closely with doctors and the clinic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with patients and couples professionally and empathetically.
- Understand patient concerns, doubts, expectations and emotional needs.
- Explain fertility and IVF-related information in a simple and easy-to-understand manner.
- Build trust and strong relationships with patients.
- Counsel genuine leads and help convert enquiries into consultations and treatment journeys.
- Follow up with interested patients professionally.
- Handle patient objections, questions and concerns with patience and confidence.
- Maintain a positive and patient-friendly communication style.
- Coordinate with doctors and the medical team for a smooth patient experience.
- Assist doctors during patient interactions and consultations whenever required.
- Maintain proper records of patient interactions and follow-ups.
Video & Communication Skills
A major part of this role will involve communication and educational content.
The candidate should be comfortable with:
- Speaking confidently in front of a camera.
- Creating short informative IVF/fertility-related videos and Reels.
- Explaining information clearly and naturally.
- Presenting educational topics in an engaging way.
- Participating in YATIKA IVF's social media and awareness content.
- Public speaking and professional presentations.

The ideal candidate should have:
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong Hindi communication; good English communication is preferred.
- Confident public speaking and presentation skills.
- Excellent listening and people-handling skills.
- Strong counselling and persuasion abilities.
- Empathy and emotional intelligence.
- Ability to connect with patients and understand their emotions.
- A positive, confident and professional personality.
- Good relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work effectively with doctors and the medical team.

- Confidence in front of the camera is a strong advantage.
Experience
Experience in any of the following will be an advantage:
