Sales Executive – Travel Process
Location: Sector 83, Mohali
Shift: Night Shift
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
We are hiring Sales Executives for our Travel Process. The role involves handling customer inquiries, selling flight tickets and holiday packages, and delivering excellent customer service while achieving sales targets. Training Provided for Freshers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls for travel inquiries.
- Sell domestic and international flight tickets and holiday packages.
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable travel solutions.
- Convert customer inquiries into successful sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the booking process.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up with prospective customers.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
- Freshers with excellent English communication skills are welcome.
- Experience in BPO, Call Centre, International Voice Process, Travel Sales, Ticketing, Holiday Packages, Customer Support, Tele Sales, Inside Sales, or Night Shift Process will be an advantage.
- Candidates with proven travel sales experience are highly preferred.
- Comfortable working in night shifts.
