We are looking for a highly organized and process-driven professional for the role of Operations Analyst – Business Setup (Team Leader) to oversee and manage end-to-end business setup operations across Mainland, Free Zones, DIFC, and ADGM jurisdictions. The ideal candidate should possess strong operational expertise, team management capabilities, and in-depth knowledge of company formation and compliance procedures.
This role will involve managing operational teams in India while ensuring seamless client onboarding, regulatory compliance, documentation management, and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Business Setup & Corporate Operations
- Manage end-to-end company incorporation processes across Mainland, Free Zones, DIFC, and ADGM jurisdictions.
- Oversee trade license applications, renewals, amendments, visa processing, and corporate documentation.
- Coordinate with government authorities, Free Zone authorities, immigration departments, and compliance bodies.
- Ensure timely execution of operational processes and adherence to compliance timelines.
- Handle complex client cases related to corporate structuring, documentation, and operational setup.
- Support onboarding and operational setup for international and local clients.
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead and supervise the Business Setup Operations team across India.
- Allocate operational tasks, monitor performance, and ensure service delivery standards are maintained.
- Conduct regular team reviews, operational meetings, and process training sessions.
- Mentor and guide team members on operational procedures, compliance requirements, and client management.
- Drive accountability, productivity, and operational efficiency within the team.
Client Management
- Act as a primary escalation point for client concerns and operational issues.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Provide operational guidance and updates to clients regarding setup procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure high client satisfaction through timely communication and efficient service delivery.
Compliance & Process Improvement
- Ensure operational compliance with laws, Free Zone regulations, AML/KYC requirements, and internal SOPs.
- Monitor regulatory changes and implement operational updates accordingly.
- Develop and improve operational workflows, documentation standards, and reporting systems.
- Maintain accurate records of licenses, visas, renewals, and compliance deadlines.
- Prepare operational MIS reports and performance dashboards for management review.
Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with internal departments including Legal, Compliance, Finance, Sales, and PRO teams.
- Track operational KPIs and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Prepare operational reports, process audits, and business performance updates.
- Support management in strategic operational planning and execution.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 5–8 years of experience in Business Setup, Corporate Services, or Operations Management.
- Strong knowledge of Mainland, Free Zones, DIFC, and ADGM regulations.
- Prior experience managing teams and handling cross-functional operations.
- Excellent understanding of company incorporation procedures and compliance frameworks.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and client portfolios simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, operational reporting, and CRM systems.
- Experience working with international clients will be an added advantage.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or related field.
- MBA or relevant professional certifications will be preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
