The Front Desk Administration role is a critical support position in the firm, responsible for managing the front office, ensuring a professional first point of contact, and providing calendar and administrative support to senior business leadership. The role demands maturity, integrity, and strong organizational skills, along with the ability to operate confidently in a fast-paced, professional investment management environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Front Desk & Office Management
- Managing the front desk operations, serving as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, partner, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensuring a professional, well-organized, and compliant front office environment at all times.
- Handling incoming calls, correspondence, and walk-ins with discretion and appropriate prioritization.
- Coordinating visitor accesses, guest addressal, and basic hospitality arrangements.
- Maintain front office records, registers, and basic documentation as required.
- Executive Calendar Management
- Manage calendars for select members of the business leadership team.
- Schedule internal and external meetings, calls, and appointments, ensuring optimal time management.
- Coordinate meeting logistics including conference rooms, virtual meeting links etc.
- Maintain confidentiality of leadership schedules and sensitive discussions.
- Administrative & Operational Support
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support across business and support functions as required.
- Support internal events, meetings, and interactions from an administrative standpoint.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations in coordination with HR, Admin, and IT teams.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional presence.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Calm, courteous, and confident in handling diverse guest profiles.
- Comfort working with senior leadership in a professional services environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Exposure to financial services / asset management firms is preferred.
Flexible and willing to take on additional responsibilities as business needs evolve.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
