We are looking for a skilled Robotic MIG Welder / OTC Robot Operator for our sheet metal fabrication unit. Candidate should have hands-on experience in operating and handling robotic MIG welding machines, preferably OTC welding robots.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate and monitor OTC robotic MIG welding machines
* Perform welding on sheet metal and fabrication components
* Set welding parameters and basic robot programming/teaching
* Ensure welding quality and production targets
* Handle fixture loading/unloading and job setting
* Check weld penetration, finish, and dimensional quality
* Carry out routine maintenance and troubleshooting of welding equipment
* Follow safety and quality standards on shop floor
Requirements:
* 2–3 years experience in robotic MIG welding
* Preference for candidates having OTC robot experience
* Knowledge of welding symbols and fabrication drawings
* Experience in sheet metal fabrication industry preferred
* ITI/Diploma in Welding or Mechanical preferred
