Job Description | Senior Analyst – SAP LE/SD Full Time | Role Summary Support global supply chain and order fulfillment processes with strong SAP LE expertise and working knowledge of SAP SD. Focus on production support, logistics execution, ATP processes, and global coordination. Key Responsibilities Functional (LE Focus) Manage delivery processing, shipping, transportation, route determination, picking/packing, and PGI. Handle ATP processes: check rules, availability during order-to-shipment, and resolve inconsistencies. Work on schedule line determination and date calculations (MAD, loading, GI, transit time, rescheduling). Support logistics operations including HUs, storage locations, inventory movements, and shipment execution. Coordinate with warehouse and transportation teams. SD Scope Support sales order management, billing, partner determination, and basic pricing. Understand integration between ATP, schedule lines, and delivery blocks. Support & Operations Manage incidents, service requests, and small changes within SLAs. Perform impact analysis, testing, and support global releases. Partner with business teams to resolve logistics issues and maintain documentation. Integration & UAT Collaborate with MM, WM/EWM, TM, FI, PP teams. Support UAT, test case preparation, and user guidance. Validate specs and coordinate with ABAP teams (IDocs/interfaces). Continuous Improvement Identify process improvements and align with global standards. Skills & Experience 3–5 years in SAP LE (primary) with SD knowledge. Hands-on in shipping, deliveries, HUs, ATP, schedule line determination, and PGI. Working knowledge of pricing, billing, and master data. S/4HANA experience preferred; basic IDocs/interface knowledge desirable. Behavioral Skills Strong communication, analytical thinking, and collaboration.
