Muzigal Nanakramguda is looking for a passionate Guitar Instructor to conduct engaging and structured in-person classes for students at the academy.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of western and classical variations, minimum Grade-3 Trinity or equivalent certification. The instructor should be able to teach students at beginner and intermediate levels through interactive online group sessions.
Teaching Requirements
- Each session will be 1 hour
- Group size: Approximately 3–5 students
- Preferred teaching days: Wednesday to Monday. Tuesday is weekly off
- Teaching slots: Weekdays: 3PM - 9PM, Weekends (Sat, Sun): 10:30 - 5:00
- Total teaching commitment: 36 hours per week (max)
Responsibilities
- Conduct structured (Alfred's methodology)
- Assess and teach students according to their age and learning level.
- Encourage students to practice regularly and monitor their progress.
- Work with Academy Manager to track, monitor and provide feedback about student progress
- Maintain punctuality and professionalism during all sessions.
- Create a positive, motivating, and enjoyable learning environment.
- Work with Academy Manager to conduct open mic events, performances in communities and any markting activity
Eligibility
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in Classical and Western Guitar
- Grade-3 Trinity certified or above
- Previous teaching experience is preferred.
- Ability to teach children and guide them for Trinity / RSM grade examinations
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Candidates with music certifications, performance experience, or formal training will be preferred.
