Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, meeting clients, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
A personal bike and a valid driving license are mandatory for this role, as regular field visits and client meetings are required.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Meet prospective clients and present company products/services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely service delivery.
- Follow up with clients regarding proposals, negotiations, and payments.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office is preferred.
- Own bike and valid driving license are mandatory.
- Good knowledge of Indore and surrounding areas.
