Fashi Homes is looking for a skilled and creative Architect with strong experience in architectural planning, interior design, exterior elevation design and high-quality 3D visualization.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of Vastu-based floor planning
- Good experience in residential floor plan development and space planning
- Strong knowledge of interior design and exterior elevation design
- Good understanding of construction methods, materials and interior finishes
- Ability to select suitable materials, colours, finishes and design combinations
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work effectively under pressure
- Good client-handling and presentation skills
- Must be able to communicate in Tamil and fluent English
- Good coordination skills with clients, designers and site execution teams
3D & Rendering Skills:
- Strong skills in 3D modelling and photorealistic rendering
- Ability to produce high-quality interior and exterior render outputs
- Strong understanding of lighting, materials, textures, reflections, shadows and camera composition
- Good knowledge of 3ds Max, Corona Renderer / V-Ray and Revit
- Ability to create realistic and professional presentation-quality renders
- Portfolio should demonstrate excellent render quality, detailing and design sense
Responsibilities:
- Prepare architectural floor plans according to client requirements and Vastu principles
- Develop creative and practical interior design concepts
- Create modern exterior elevation concepts
- Prepare high-quality 3D interior and exterior visualizations
- Develop realistic materials, lighting and textures for final renders
- Assist clients with material, colour and finish selection
- Prepare and revise drawings based on client and site requirements
- Coordinate with site supervisors and execution teams
- Attend client meetings and clearly understand project requirements
- Ensure designs are aesthetically attractive, practical and executable on site
- Manage project deadlines and revisions efficiently
Preferred Candidate:
- Creative and detail-oriented
- Strong design sense
- Good material knowledge
- Able to take responsibility for projects independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Immediate joining preferred
Candidates must share their portfolio showing floor plans, interior designs, exterior elevations and best 3D render outputs.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
