Experience: 1+ year preferred
Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹22,000/month
Work Mode: Full-time | Office-based
Role:
- Handle customer leads through calls & WhatsApp
- Understand customer requirements and explain products
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into orders
- Handle customer queries and objections
- Maintain daily calling & follow-up records
- Coordinate with the installation team after order confirmation
Requirements:
- Prior sales experience mandatory
- Strong Hindi communication
- Good convincing & listening skills
- Experience in technical products, electronics, appliances, automation, D2C or home improvement preferred
- Candidates from Faridabad / nearby areas preferred
- Comfortable with phone calls & WhatsApp
