Job Summary
We are looking for a Key Account Manager to manage and develop relationships with existing clients. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing key clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for customer accounts.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable communication and telecom solutions.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling company products and services.
- Work closely with sales, technical, and support teams to deliver solutions to customers.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and account reports.
- Achieve revenue and account growth targets.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- 2 – 4 years of experience in Key Account Management, Enterprise Sales, or B2B Sales.
- Experience in IT, Telecom, SaaS, or Cloud Communication solutions is preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Good negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand business needs and provide suitable solutions.
