Job Title: Welfare Officer
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Welfare Officer to support employee welfare initiatives, promote a positive workplace environment, and assist in employee engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate employee welfare programs and initiatives
- Address employee concerns and provide appropriate support
- Maintain communication between employees and management
- Support employee engagement, well-being, and workplace improvement activities
- Maintain welfare-related records and documentation
- Assist in compliance with applicable labour and welfare guidelines
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) is mandatory
- Relevant experience in employee welfare, social work, HR, or related fields preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle employee concerns with professionalism and confidentiality
Preferred Skills:
- Employee relations
- Counselling and communication skills
- Problem-solving ability
- Documentation and coordination skills
Job Location: Amritsar, Punjab
Preferred Candidate Profile: Candidates with relevant experience in Punjab are preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹4,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 per annum
