Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Lead / Senior Dynamics 365 CE Engineer to serve as the technical anchor for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE support team. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE, strong technical expertise in C#, .NET, Dataverse, Power Platform, and Azure DevOps, along with experience handling L3 support, technical escalations, deployments, and mentoring support engineers.
This role involves working closely with global teams to ensure platform stability, support complex incidents, drive continuous improvements, and maintain high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L3 support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE applications and complex technical issues
- Diagnose and resolve issues involving C# plugins, JavaScript, Dataverse, Power Automate, Azure integrations, and Azure DevOps pipelines
- Lead technical troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and incident resolution
- Convert complex incidents into structured Azure DevOps tasks and bugs
- Mentor and guide support engineers on troubleshooting and best practices
- Review ticket quality, documentation, and escalation standards
- Collaborate with global technical teams on platform support and release management
- Participate in deployment planning, validation, and governance activities
- Review failed deployments and implement preventive measures
- Drive service improvements and reduce recurring incidents through proactive maintenance
- Support critical incidents and provide technical leadership during escalations
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM
- Strong hands-on experience in C#, .NET, Dynamics CE Plugin Development, and Debugging
- Expertise in Dataverse, Power Platform, JavaScript, and Power Automate
- Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Pull Requests, and Release Management
- Experience working in L2/L3 Support, Application Support, or DevOps environments
- Strong troubleshooting skills across application, integration, and configuration layers
- Experience mentoring junior or mid-level engineers
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in UK-aligned support shifts
Preferred Skills
- Microsoft Certifications such as PL-400, PL-600, MB-210, MB-230, or equivalent
- Experience with ServiceNow, SMAX, Jira Service Management, or similar ITSM tools
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 CE environments
- Exposure to Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and middleware integrations
- Knowledge of Dynamics F&O integrations
- Experience working in offshore/onshore support models

Shift Timing: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM IST (UK Support Coverage)
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
