We are looking for a creative Writer + Designer who can transform video ideas into visually compelling YouTube thumbnails.
What you’ll do:
- Watch and understand the YouTube video to identify the key hook, emotion, and story angle
- Write engaging thumbnail text/content that captures attention and drives curiosity
- Design aesthetic thumbnails aligned with the brand’s visual guidelines
- Work closely with the content team to understand the brand tone and audience
Who we’re looking for:
- Someone who genuinely enjoys design and visual storytelling
- A creative thinker who can combine words and visuals effectively
- Someone who is interested in building skills in thumbnail design, branding, and content packaging
- Formal education in art or design is not mandatory
- Candidates with a background in graphic design, visual communication, or related fields will have an advantage
Skills we value:
- Strong sense of aesthetics and composition
- Ability to write short, catchy, attention-grabbing copy
- Understanding of YouTube content trends and audience behaviour
- Basic design skills and familiarity with design tools like Canva
