SKILL- A customer relationship management (CRM) executive manages customer relationships, handles inquiries and complaints, and works to improve customer satisfaction
Customer relations: Maintain customer relationships, process orders, and prepare reports
Communication: Communicate clearly with customers and respond efficiently to their needs
Interpersonal skills: Have good interpersonal skills, especially when dealing with complaints
Service strategies: Create and implement service strategies and develop customer retention programs
Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to improve the customer experience
CRM metrics: Understand and strive to meet or exceed CRM metrics
Product recommendations: Make recommendations for products or services that may better suit client needs
Training: Take part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge
Company policies: Adhere to all company policies and procedures
