KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support end-to-end SIS implementation
- Coordinate with internal teams and technology vendors
- Support system configuration, testing & rollout
- Handle IT troubleshooting and user support
- Manage system access for students, faculty, admin & branches
- Serve as the primary IT point of contact for Rays Education
REQUIREMENTS
Experience: More than 1 years in IT Operations, Project Coordination, Software Implementation, SIS/ERP Implementation, or a related role.
- Good communication & coordination skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Willingness to learn and manage new systems
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
