Key Responsibilities
Front Office Administration & Brand Representation
- Manage reception desk operations, maintain visitor records, and ensure a clean, organized front office.
- Support day-to-day administrative and coordination activities.
- Serve as the first point of contact, representing the company's brand with professionalism, excellent grooming, and courteous etiquette.
Client Reception & Customer Experience
- Welcome clients, investors, channel partners, and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
- Deliver a premium hospitality experience, manage visitor registrations and appointments, and ensure guest comfort during visits.
- Handle calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently, providing accurate information on projects, locations, and appointments.
- Maintain a positive, service-oriented approach while addressing client queries and concerns.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in hotel reception, hospitality, aviation, customer service, luxury retail, or front-office operations is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Professional grooming standards and pleasant personality.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced client-facing environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic office management systems.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
