Paragon Polymer Products Private Limited is looking for a responsible and experienced Production Supervisor to manage daily manufacturing operations in Salem.
The candidate will ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards, safety compliance, and operational efficiency. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate effectively between workers and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute daily production schedules
- Supervise and lead production team members
- Ensure product quality and adherence to safety standards
- Monitor workflow and improve operational efficiency
- Maintain production reports and documentation
- Handle manpower allocation and attendance
Requirements
- Experience in manufacturing or production supervision
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and problem-solving ability
