We are looking for a smart, presentable, and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to manage customer communication and support for our Automobile Sales & Service Department. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to maintain strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
- Follow up with customers for vehicle sales and test drives
- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth customer support
- Maintain customer database and daily follow-up records
- Schedule service reminders and customer appointments
- Follow up regarding vehicle service status and pending work
- Coordinate with service advisors and workshop team
- Handle customer concerns professionally
- Collect service feedback and maintain customer satisfaction records
Skills Required
- Good communication & convincing skills
- Customer handling and follow-up ability
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email)
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in Automobile/CRM/Telecalling will be an added advantage
- Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome
