Traverse Inc. is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and well-groomed Waiters/Stewards to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent guest service, ensure a pleasant dining experience, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests warmly and assist them with seating.
- Present menus, explain dishes, and take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by responding to requests and resolving concerns courteously.
- Set up and clear tables while maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure timely order delivery.
- Follow hygiene, food safety, and restaurant service standards.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience as a Waiter, Steward, or in a similar role (freshers with a positive attitude may also apply).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
- Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is preferred.
