Job Roles and Responsibilities
· Monitor and operate field equipment
· Analyse system performance and report anomalies
· Troubleshoot Issue
· Maintain logs and prepare reports
· Coordinate with field engineers for issue resolution.
· Collaborate with other departments for smooth operations.
· Follow standard operating process (SOPs)
· Provide support for new system implementations
· System Monitoring as per SLA Criteria
· Assist in preventive maintenance activities
· Support Site Team and Problem-Solving skill
Skill sets: -
· Good Technical Skill in Electrical Field
· Understanding of electrical circuits and schematics
· Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
· Good communication and coordination skills
· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
· Familiarity with SCADA and PLC systems
· Ability to multitask and prioritize work
· Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
· Team Work Ability
Good to Have Skills
· Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
· Experience with data analytics and reporting tools
· Basic knowledge of industrial automation
Understanding of predictive maintenance, basic electrical knowledge, basic knowledge of substations, power systems, renewable energy, and transformers.
