Job Role :
- Managing inbound and outbound calls (mostly outbound) in a timely manner
- Identify customers- needs, clarify their doubts.
- Seize opportunities to build comfort with customers and hand-hold them in navigating through the course of their treatment, closing the sale of treatment.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our call centre database in a comprehensible way
- Developing the knowledge of customer needs and trends to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer sales role selling high-value or involved products (healthcare, wellness etc.)
- Track record of over-achieving targets
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening and interpersonal
skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems, telephony systems and practices and data entry skills
- 6 Days working
- Ability to multitask, set priorities, manage time effectively and manage multiple expectations in a
fast-paced environment
- Ability to empathise with customers and build a relationship
- Good sales skills and ability to work in high pressure environment
- Undergraduate degree
Fluency in English + Hindi is mandatory
