About the Role:
Naxose Hypermarket is seeking a high-energy Store Sales Head to lead our Ernakulam store. You will own the store's P&L, drive sales growth, and lead a team of 40+ associates to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
· Achieve sales targets and maximize store profitability.
· Lead, coach, and develop 40+ team members, including Assistant Manager.
· Optimize inventory, merchandising, and operational efficiency.
· Use data analytics to drive decisions and improve performance.
· Foster a customer-first culture and resolve escalated issues.
What We’re Looking For:
· 6+ years in supermarket/hypermarket retail, with 3+ years as Store Manager.
· Proven track record managing 40+ team members and ₹8L+ daily sales.
· Strong P&L management, inventory systems, and MS Excel skills.
· Fluent in Malayalam and English.
· Data-driven, resilient, and passionate about retail.
