We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our services, and generating sales leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Clearly explain products and services to clients
- Follow up with interested customers
- Generate and convert leads into sales
- Handle customer queries effectively
- Maintain daily call reports
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Prior experience in sales or telecalling is preferred
- Freshers are also welcome to apply
- Confident and target-oriented personality
Salary & Incentives:
- Salary Range: ₹15,000 to ₹26,000 per month
- Fixed Base Salary: ₹15,000 per month
- Business Registration Incentives:
- For 1st to 10th successful business registrations per day – ₹70 per business
- For 11th to 20th successful business registrations per day – ₹90 per business
- At the end of every month, whichever is higher (salary or commission) will be paid.
- On every successful sale, you will also receive net 25% commission monthly.
