Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Promote and strengthen the brand presence of SMKN Motors in the assigned territory.
- Monitor and follow up on the daily activities and performance of DSEs (Dealer Sales Executives).
- Plan and execute sales promotion campaigns, marketing activities, and customer engagement events.
- Conduct product presentations and explain product features, benefits, and competitive comparisons to prospective customers.
- Organize and manage vehicle demonstrations to support customer purchase decisions.
- Guide customers on suitable finance schemes, loan options, and value-added packages.
- Advise customers on statutory and regulatory requirements, including vehicle registration, insurance, warranty terms, warranty limitations, and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Handle customer complaints and grievances promptly to ensure effective resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Generate, maintain, and update customer databases for sales follow-up and business development activities.
- Gather and analyze competitor intelligence, including products, pricing, schemes, and market activities.
- Track and monitor weekly and monthly competition sales performance using dealership records, RTO data, and market information.
- Ensure maximum penetration of insurance and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) sales with every vehicle sold.
- Prepare sales reports, market analysis, and performance reviews for management.
